"It's fine. Third sister, would you like to sit over there for a bit?" Evelyn invited.
"Another time. I have other things to do," Lillian said.
"Alright, I'll head back now. Third sister, goodbye!"
"Goodbye!" Lillian nodded.
Evelyn walked toward Sterling Manor.
Lillian watched Evelyn's retreating back. Her smile vanished instantly, replaced by a cold sneer at the corner of her mouth.

Evelyn had no idea what Lillian had already decided in her mind. She only knew that her third sister-in-law always wanted to keep her distance, as if she had little attachment to this family.
